The Eagle configuration includes full 12" working width with HydroLock outboard bearings on bottom and top spindles. The bearings absorb lateral cutting forces during heavy-duty profiling — the key to sustained surface quality on wide decking and siding stock.
Six spindles, 161 HP total. CNC radial adjustment on three axes as standard. The power to run wide, heavy stock at full feed speed — without compromise.
Pneumatic EasySet pressure shoes, form-locked rollers, and aerodynamic extraction hoods keep every board stable. Surfaces come out paint-ready — no sanding, no secondary passes.

Full 12" capacity and HydroLock outboard bearings process wide decking boards – grooved, smooth, or radius-edge – in a single pass while maintaining consistent surface quality throughout production.
MOULDING PRODUCTION
Base, casing, crown, chair rail, and custom architectural profiles are produced efficiently. Tool-free setup and Memory Plus job recall make frequent profile changes fast, easy, and economical.
SIDING & T&G PROFILES
Tongue-and-groove, shiplap, lap siding, and channel rustic profiles are produced in a single pass. The 6-spindle configuration and universal spindle option ensure maximum flexibility and productivity.
MILLWORK & DIMENSION STOCK
Door parts, window casing, stair components, and glulam blanks benefit from exceptional accuracy. Heavy-duty outboard bearings maintain tight tolerances throughout long production runs.
