Our CNC machining centers are used by companies in all areas of wood processing, from local joineries to window manufacturers operating worldwide, and beyond. The horizontal, vertical and nesting CNC machines from HOLZ-HER are used primarily by joiners and cabinetmakers, enabling efficient production through to small-batch production. Our WEINIG CNC machines are used mainly for the series production of windows and doors, as well as many other wood products such as barrel staves, which are manufactured in series. The machines from ESSETRE are available for carpenters, building joiners and the timber construction sector in general for the processing of structural solid timber.

CNC NESTING machines for furniture manufacturing
Designed for automated furniture manufacturing and the machining of wood-based materials
The nesting machines in the DYNESTIC and PANEL CENTER series precisely machine wood and wood-based materials using CNC technology. The focus is on milling, drilling and grooving using the nesting process in a single clamping operation, as well as the complete machining of furniture components, carcases, fronts and interior fittings. HOLZ-HER offers various configuration levels and automation options: from the space-saving 3-axis machine to the flexible 5-axis nesting machine. In addition to furniture manufacturing, the machines are also suitable for interior fitting, shopfitting, as well as exhibition stand and contract construction.

With the CNC machines from WEINIG, windows can also be manufactured in accordance with country-specific standards or requirements such as those relating to sound insulation. Components for fire-resistant and sound-insulating doors can also be produced quickly and reliably. Parts for stair construction can likewise be manufactured without difficulty. The range includes both smaller gantry machines and large machines for producing more than 500 parts per working day (8 hours). We also offer automation and mechanization solutions for all machines.

Since 1994, ESSETRE has been producing its own specially developed CNC machines for processing structural solid timber (KVH) in Thiene, northern Italy. By now, hundreds of customers, from carpentry firms to market leaders in prefabricated house construction, rely on the machinery manufactured by this machine builder. WEINIG and ESSETRE have been working closely together since 2023 and offer timber framing saws and timber construction machines with the WEINIG service promise.

With the 7135 SpaceSaver, HOLZ-HER presents a space-saving solution with bumper technology. It enables flexible installation free-standing, against a wall or in a corner.
- Free access from all sides: ideal for maintenance, care and material handling. The machine is still operated conveniently from the front.

The TECHNO FAST timber framing machine has already been on the market for more than a decade. What is not immediately apparent: ESSETRE’s Technical Office is continuously developing the machine in line with the requirements of timber construction and, unique in the market, implements customer-specific structural modifications to a high technical standard.

VESTRE
In 2022, VESTRE launched its visionary construction project “THE PLUS”. The CONTUREX Vario L CNC machine is also used in furniture production. This was the first time that multi-part mode with up to eight workpieces processed in parallel was implemented:
